Very few people in life rarely have the opportunity to create a company that represents their passion to change, create and make substantial differences to businesses and peoples’ lives.

Graham brings new life to businesses he interacts with, not just with a belief in his experience and knowledge in the printing and signage trade, but his creative marketing ability that begets real results.

The one thing about Graham that stands out prominently is his ever increasing creative passion to bring something new to such a conservative industry and to introduce a new generation to the way people perceive advertising.

Fifteen years ago Graham was operating a printing press when he realized there had to be more to life. Graham’s need to learn more in the industry and discover the possibilities available in the printing trade led him to work as a contractor. This allowed him to work on many different printing presses and with various companies where he was to discover what else the printing industry had to offer.

Experiencing opportunity to grow, Graham worked his way up the ladder into managerial positions, and somehow fell into a business consultancy role which became not only second nature but immediately impacted every business he was to work with.

In 2004 Graham was head hunted by a signage company that was a member of the largest signage franchise in the world. Within four years Graham took this company, then ranked 67

The experience and the ability to learn about the signage trade birthed a hunger within.

In October 2008 Graham received a call to help out another print company, a company which he had a long standing professional relationship with. Unfortunately very early on it became apparent that the business was too far in debt and nothing could be done to save it.

Graham, together with a few of the staff members, who he realized stood to lose everything they owned, grouped together and refused to become victims of the Global Financial Crisis. On April 21

Graham realized that to make this work Evolve needed to put everything on the line: to make sure their branding was right; define who they were as a company together with a commitment to succeed. Being the biggest challenge of his career to date, Graham went forth and approached the companies he wanted, never settling for a No.

Within four months Evolve Printing hit targets that the previous company never achieved in its 12 years of business – and with only half the staff.

Since then it hasn’t all been easy but we have grown dramatically in the Commercial Printing arena and incorporated Full Signage facilities, a Graphic Design department and a Photography team who all have the passion and the talent to be the best.

Graham is eternally grateful for this experience. st 2009 after various knock backs from financial institutions who gave us no chance, Evolve Printing was born, with no data base whatsoever. th 2010 Evolve Printing was awarded the Bronze Medal in the New South Wales Print Excellence Awards for the Self Promotional category, we were up against the biggest printing companies in the country and we were thrilled to be acknowledged.
